    I have been on the program for 3 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. I have way more energy and feel so much happier. What I like most about this program is you are eating real food which is easy to prepare. I feel everyone should know how easy this program is to incorporate as a life time change. I can’t imagine going back to my old way of eating. I will still eat the occasional donut or cake but will be occasional. I will definitely recommend this program to family and friends.
